Hardstyle & BASS in TIVOLI // Yuna

Yuna Meskalin  is a rising drum and bass DJ based in Bergen. Her deep connection to music has been evident for as long as she can remember. After being an active raver for over a decade, in 2023 she finally stepped behind the decks, eager to deliver the vibrant drum and bass vibes that captivate crowds and channel the infectious energy of the genre. Yuna is also the latest and only female member of the d&b society concept in Bergen, where she, alongside her friends, passionately promotes and advocates for drum and bass music, through monthly broadcasts on Verslibre Community radio, as well as a fresh concept BASS CORNER which is held at Cornerteateret. She finds profound satisfaction in seeing the dance floor come alive to the sound of quality drum and bass.

Having performed at numerous venues in Bergen, including Pappa, Landmark, Stereo, Opera, and Cornerteateret, Yuna has also had the opportunity to take the stage at USF Verftet and warm up the crowd for the infamous Chase & Status at HOT!HOT!HOT! festival last year. Her drum and bass selection spans from sexy melodic liquid sounds to rough bad boy rollers and energetic jungle, all of which are infused with the UK influences she absorbed during her three years stay there.

As a proud female presenter and advocate of underground bass music, Yuna is eager to continue sharing her passion and infecting people’s minds with the music she plays.
